  • KR Beauty Exocell — Exosome Therapy for Brows & Hair Regrowth

Discover the power of follicle regeneration with KR Beauty Brazil’s revolutionary exosome therapy for brows and hair in Sydney. Restore your natural density and rediscover the confidence of fuller, healthier hair.

Straight from South Korea to Sydney: the new era of regenerative brow and hair treatment

What if hair loss and sparseness — in both the eyebrows and the scalp — could be treated for real, by stimulating the follicle itself to produce again?

For a long time, the only answer for patchy, sparse or gappy brows was to try to disguise the problem: daily makeup, henna, temporary tint or micropigmentation. The same logic applied to hair: cover up the thinning, or turn to more invasive solutions such as a hair transplant. That approach is changing.

Today it’s possible to go beyond disguising the problem and treat it at the root, stimulating the follicle itself to start producing hair naturally again. That’s what exosome therapy offers — a cutting-edge technology developed in South Korea and brought to Sydney by KR Beauty Brazil as one of the first in the city.

Kátia, our specialist, has been studying this technique for almost two years, going deep into the science of exosomes and into the safest, most effective protocols. In May 2026 she began performing the procedures on models, and the results have been extremely positive: hairs that were in a dormant phase growing back, and a real increase in density in both the eyebrows and the scalp.

    What exosomes actually are

Exosomes are tiny vesicles that play an essential role in communication between the body’s cells. They work as messengers, carrying proteins, lipids and RNA, and transporting information from one cell to another. That function is especially valuable in regenerative medicine, where exosomes help stimulate tissue regeneration and repair.

Because they’re extracted from ethically sourced plant stem cells, the exosomes used at KR Beauty Brazil carry a high concentration of growth factors and proteins. They help regenerate cells, combat inflammation and reduce oxidative stress — two of the main factors that damage the health of brow hairs and scalp hair.

    The technology behind the treatment

At KR Beauty Brazil we work with exosomes developed by ExoCoBio, the pioneering South Korean company and a world reference in purified exosome technology. We use ASCE+ HRLV, produced with the proprietary ExoSCRT™ technology — a purification process that guarantees high-purity, high-efficiency exosomes (patent no. 10-1895916: “Production of high-purity & high-efficiency exosome using ExoSCRT™”).

That purification is what sets a quality exosome apart. The purer and more concentrated it is, the greater the real chance of stimulating follicle regeneration, rather than just promising a result. This is the scientific basis that underpins Kátia’s work and supports the results we’re seeing.

How to know whether you have “dormant” follicles

Before any protocol, you need to book a free initial consultation. In it, Kátia uses state-of-the-art equipment with a 50x zoom camera, which allows her to examine the follicles up close — in both the eyebrows and the scalp. The aim is to check whether they’re still active and able to respond to exosome treatment, or whether the area no longer has a living root.

This visual diagnosis is what defines the best path for each person, with no guesswork. It’s the same assessment used for both brows and hair.

Eyebrows: a new approach beyond disguising

For a long time, patchy brows were treated only at the surface, covering the problem with makeup or pigment. Exosome therapy changes that logic: instead of just drawing the brow on, the treatment works to awaken the natural vitality of the hair itself.

Unlike micropigmentation — which focuses mainly on colour and shape — exosome treatment is a high-performance regenerative protocol focused on the real structure and density of the brow. In practice, that means hairs that were in a resting (dormant) phase can start growing again, and existing but fine hairs gain more thickness and strength.

    • Real increase in density

Stimulates growth in areas where the follicle is still alive, just inactive.

    • Stronger hair

Thickens the shaft of the existing hair, giving the appearance of a fuller, more voluminous brow in a natural way.

    • Combats hair loss

Strengthens the hair’s anchorage in the skin, reducing the daily loss caused by stress or weakening.

    • Non-invasive

A clinical procedure, with no cutting and no downtime.

    Who it's for:

For anyone who has noticed a loss of strength, density or growth in their brow hairs over time — whether from overuse of tweezers, hormonal changes or natural ageing. It’s also an excellent option for anyone who wants fuller brows naturally, without resorting to semi-permanent procedures. It works very well as complementary care to enhance the results of anyone who has already had, or is planning to have, micropigmentation.

Hair: the same science applied to the scalp

In recent years, hair science has advanced impressively, bringing increasingly effective solutions for problems such as hair loss and weakened hair. Among the most promising alternatives of this new generation is exosome therapy for hair.

    • Accelerates hair growth

The growth factors activate the follicles, stimulating new hairs to come through. It’s especially promising for anyone dealing with androgenetic baldness or other types of alopecia.

    • Helps regenerate damaged hair

Repairs existing hair, restoring thickness and density. Ideal for anyone with fine hair or hair damaged by chemical or heat processes.

    • Scalp rejuvenation

Works directly on the skin, promoting deep cellular regeneration and creating a healthy environment for the follicles.

    • Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action

Combats inflammation and oxidative stress, two factors that contribute directly to hair loss.

    • Improves overall hair quality

Many clients report a visible improvement in texture, shine and strength, as well as fuller, denser hair after a few sessions.

Who can benefit from the hair treatment:

This treatment isn’t limited to one type of hair concern — it can help at almost any stage, from early thinning through to more established hair loss, as well as anyone simply looking to keep their hair in the best possible condition:

    • 1

      Androgenetic alopecia

Helps slow the loss and stimulate the growth of new hair.

    • 2

      Alopecia areata

Can assist in regenerating follicles in specific areas.

    • 3

      Fine and damaged hair

      Regenerates and strengthens weakened hair.

    • 4

      Hair rejuvenation

Even those who aren’t experiencing heavy loss can benefit, keeping the hair healthy and delaying the signs of hair ageing

How the treatment works, step by step:

The process is simple and follows three key stages, from preparing the exosomes to activating the follicles themselves:

    • Extraction and preparation of the exosomes

Extraction and preparation of the exosomes

Extracted from ethically sourced plant stem cells, they go through a purification process so the regenerative factors are highly concentrated and effective.

    • Application to the skin of the brow or scalp

Application to the skin of the brow or scalp

Small applications with fine needles in the areas that need the most attention, keeping the process as gentle as possible. The aim is to reach the follicles directly.

    • Growth stimulation

      Growth stimulation

After application, the exosomes begin to act, stimulating the follicles to regenerate and produce new hair. They also support the regeneration of the surrounding tissue and activate the hair stem cells, creating an ideal environment for stronger, healthier hair with more volume.

    Exosomes vs. traditional treatments

When we compare exosomes with more traditional treatments, such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), a few differences become clear:

    • 1

      Greater regenerative potency

While PRP uses the platelets from your own blood, exosomes bring together a powerful combination of growth factors and RNA.

    • 2

      Less invasive and more practical

Microneedling in the area, with no need for major intervention. Quick recovery time and generally mild side effects.

    • 3

      Long-term effectiveness

The effects tend to last longer, as they work continuously on cellular regeneration.

    • 4

      No surgery required

Unlike a hair transplant, it doesn’t involve cutting or a long recovery period.

    • Side effects and care

Exosome treatment is generally safe and well tolerated. As with any procedure, temporary and mild reactions can occur, such as passing redness, slight swelling or a feeling of discomfort in the treated areas. It’s essential that the treatment is always carried out by a qualified professional.

      Frequently asked questions

    • How many sessions are needed?

This procedure is a protocol — it isn’t in one or two sessions that a client will see the full result. In around 80% of cases, strengthening and the appearance of new hair are already noticed from the third session. The total number of sessions varies according to each person’s needs. The growth of new hair is often not that obvious to the client early on, because they’re “baby” hairs — short and extremely fine. That’s why we track the progress through photos taken at every appointment with the ultra-zoom camera.

    • What's the interval between sessions?

It’s highly recommended that the treatment is done every 21 days. The follicle needs to receive that stimulus within this period to keep developing properly. It works much like an ongoing treatment: stopping or spacing the sessions out too far can reduce the effectiveness or delay the results.

    • Does the treatment replace micropigmentation?

No. They’re different and complementary. Exosome treatment restores the natural hair — if you have viable follicles, it brings real volume. In scarred areas, where there’s no longer an active root, micropigmentation remains the ideal complement to complete the result. That’s exactly why the assessment with the 50x camera is so important: it shows which path makes the most sense for your case.

    • Does the procedure hurt?

It’s quite comfortable. We use a precision microneedling device together with a low-level laser. The practitioner takes the actives down to the correct layer of the skin — which is essential for the treatment to work.

    • How long does it take to see results?

Because it’s a biological stimulus, the results are gradual. In general, the improvement in texture and the reduction in hair loss are already noticeable from the third session, with the filling-in most visible at the end of the full treatment cycle.
